Fashion is so much more than the fabric we wear.

It’s about desire and self-expression. It’s about workers, chemicals, transparency, and consumption.

In our new podcast “The Fashion Stitch—on fabrics, facts and feelings,” we look behind the scenes of sustainability in fashion.

Podcast coming October 1st

This awaits you in our six episodes...

  • We’ll show how people, courage, and innovation can transform the fashion industry for the better.

  • We’ll talk with labor organizers, scientists, NGO representatives, and other experts.

  • They’ll reveal how dangerous PFAS in clothing really are and which chemicals it takes to make our clothes.

  • We travel back to 1945 to learn why people queued for nylon stockings for hours—and how that moment connects to the rise of synthetic fibers.

  • We’ll explore whether more manufacturing information can lead to more sustainable purchases, and how repairing and upcycling go beyond fixing clothes but are powerful acts of resistance.
